Xpress Recruiters is a recruitment agency based in New Delhi, built on more than 10 years of executive-search and specialist recruitment experience. Over that time the team has recruited across sectors - financial services, the social sector, IT, finance and accounts, legal and company secretarial, and HR - for non-profits, start-ups, SMEs and multinationals.
That experience is now applied with a sharper focus on legal recruitment in Delhi NCR: helping law firms and companies find legal professionals for roles that need both technical strength and the right organisational fit. The approach is deliberately requirement-led. We take a full brief and agree what the market realistically offers before we start a search, rather than pushing generic candidate lists.
We work with more than 50 existing clients and continue to build recruitment relationships across the region. Recruitment process outsourcing is offered as a secondary service alongside the core legal recruitment and executive-search work.

Seema is a management graduate who spent 5+ years in the banking and insurance sector before moving into recruitment. She is the most disciplined operator on the team: she runs the candidate database, keeps trackers current across every live legal search, and makes sure nothing slips between briefing and offer.
